Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

All products sold on Axion Controllers are made to order and/or customised to the customer's specifications (e.g. installation of rear buttons, Smart Bumpers/Smart Triggers TMR, wiring and internal circuits).

Under Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalised. The customer is informed of this condition before completing the purchase.

Manufacturing tolerances

Images on the website are illustrative. As products are handmade, slight cosmetic differences and positioning tolerances are possible (e.g. rear buttons ±1–2 mm). These differences do not constitute a defect unless deviations are clearly abnormal.

Products damaged in transit

Any transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the packaging and product, to assistenza@axioncontrollers.it.

Warranty

For defects covered by the statutory conformity warranty (EU consumers, 24 months) or the Axion commercial warranty (90 days), consult the Warranty & Support page or email assistenza@axioncontrollers.it to start an RMA. Warranty conditions take precedence over this policy.
